A WOMAN'S WORTH
This statement by President Buhari still amazes me, how a leader could say something like this.
This is not just a statement but a degrading one for women and their self-esteem.
Firstly, it will affect whoever it been said to emotionally and mentally. This simply means “am good for nothing except sex, taking care of the children and doing all the house chores”.
A lot of men out there also believes that women belong to the kitchen and taking care of the children alone. They don’t believe that a woman should be out there chasing her dreams regardless of her marital status.
Woman also have the right to chase after their own dreams, to do what they love and to live the life they think suits them.
Every woman should know that they are created for something more beautiful and unique, they make homes and bore presidents and for this they deserve the best things in the world.
if becoming the next president is what you dream off as a woman, go ahead. nothing should stop you from achieving it. believe in yourself regardless of what people say.
I so much admire great women like Oprah, Omotola Ekehinde, Linda Ikeji and Mrs. Alakija for their enormous achievement in business and entertainment.
This simplicity of this message is to let you know “that you can achieve your dreams despite being a woman”. Don’t limit yourself to what they think is your primary duties as a woman.
You too can be in the list of great women and men who has impacted lives and built a life from what they love.
Conquer your fears, go ahead. Join the competition because no human being is superior to another. It’s not the men’s world it’s our world, you have the right to do what you love and become what you want.

Don’t allow any religious leader counsel you into staying in an abusive marriage, remember you are the one going through the pain and not them. divorce is not something you should be ashamed off neither is it a crime to get one. it’s better to leave alive than to be beaten to death.
Don’t ever think you can change a man but he can change if he loves you, a man who beats you while you were still dating will eventually kill you when he marries you.
