According to Publisher of Ovation magazine,Dele Momodu, Otedola “personally confirmed” the news to him, meaning he will run against Akinwunmi Ambode, the incumbent Governor and candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in 2019.       Femi Otedola, a businessman and Chairman of Forte Oil PLC, has “accepted” the offer of a governorship ticket by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). According to Dele Momodu, Publisher of Ovation magazine, Otedola “personally confirmed” the news to him, meaning he will run against Akinwunmi Ambode, the incumbent Governor and candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in 2019. Nigeria’s Minister of Transportation and Director general of the Buhari campaign organization, Rotimi Amaechi, has disclosed during an interactive session with newsmen in Abuja yesterday that Nigerians will enjoy 24 hours power supply if President Buhari is re-elected in 2019.  Speaking on why Buhari and the APC government deserves second term, Amaechi said; “There is also an improvement in power. We have from 3000megawatt to 7000 but we are distributing 5000 because some of the Infrastructures are not in good state but we are slowly fixing them. The Nigerian Police have paraded 22 suspected vicious armed robbers and kidnappers terrorising Niger, Kaduna, Nasarawa and Zamfara States and recovered 56 guns and other ammunition. Recovered from them are: three AK-49 rifles, 10 AK-47 rifles, 20 pump action guns, two double barrel gun, 20 locally made dane guns, one locally made revolver pistol using AK-47 ammunition, 184 AK-47 ammunition and one Peugeot 407 Saloon Car stolen from  a member, Federal House of Representatives. The Force Public Relations Officers, ACP Jimoh Moshood paraded the suspects at Sabon Wuse, Niger State on Friday.
